SYNOPSIS
For over 30 years, Terezija Nikolič, a seasoned Slovenian herbalist, has been a fixture at Ljubljana's central market, sharing her deep knowledge of traditional herbal healing. Once a thriving practice, herbal medicine now faces challenges from the rise of conventional medicine and the influence of the pharmaceutical industry. This short documentary, created during the YEFF! Film Forum for Cultural Diversity 2011, offers an intimate look at Terezija's life and explores how her work and business have evolved in the face of changing times.
